THE WINGS OF MOSUL

After years of war, terrorism and oppression, a group of Iraqi paragliders is resuming its life in the city of Mosul. Following a long entertainment ban, they rediscover their freedom, the sensations of their beloved sport and the simplicity of life after ISIS was pushed out of the city.

In this documentary narrated by journalist Hugo Clément and directed by Chloé Rochereuil, explore the remains of the city of Mosul through the stories of Captain Muhammad and his friends and take to the skies for a paragliding ride with them in the Iraqi mountains.
